Jaden Shelvin, a former standout from St. Thomas More Catholic High School and now a player for the Dallas Baptist Patriots, is set to take part in the Division II NCAA Basketball Tournament.
The team earned a No. 1 seed and will play the No. 8 seed Colorado Mesa Mavericks in their opening matchup.
The initial game is scheduled for Saturday, March 14 at 4 p.m. at Kenneth E. Burg Center.
