Paws & Pages With Pet Partners of Acadiana: East Regional Library In-Person

Your child can practice reading with a certified therapy animal from Pet  Partners of Acadiana. Children reading to a nonjudgmental audience,  like dogs, supports their developing literacy skills. Sessions are  limited to 15 minutes. Registration is required and opens two weeks  before the event, in person at East Regional Library or by calling (337)  445-3168.

Please note that time schedules are strictly adhered to. Late arrivals  cannot have their time extended, nor can you enter late. Participants  are encouraged to arrive early so that they may browse the collection to  select reading materials.
