The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Captain Clay Higgins, Captain Higgins for Congress, refunded $500 to John Stipicevic on February 6, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Captain Higgins for Congress refunded $5,700 total since September 1, 2019.
