The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Captain Clay Higgins, Captain Higgins for Congress, refunded $208 to Charles Zeisloft on May 13, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Earmarked contributions to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Captain Higgins for Congress has refunded $3,008 total since Dec. 1, 2020.
