Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) has announced $11,688,360 in Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) grants for Louisiana disaster aid. The funds will be allocated to Jefferson Davis Electric Cooperative, Inc. and Terrebonne Parish to assist with recovery efforts following Hurricanes Laura and Ida.

In a statement, Sen. Kennedy expressed his gratitude for the assistance these funds will provide.
