WASHINGTON - In a heartfelt message, Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) expressed his gratitude for being able to call Louisiana his home and extended warm Christmas wishes to all the residents of the state. Standing alongside him was Alphonse the alligator, a fellow native Louisianian.
