The Greater Lafayette Little League has announced that they will be hosting the 2024 youth baseball and softball season at Lafayette Renaissance Charter High School. Due to ongoing renovations at Brown Park, this collaboration has become essential for the continuity of the league's programs.
In a statement, Lafayette Parks, Arts, Recreation, & Culture (PARC) expressed their gratitude towards Dr. Ronnie Harrison, Principal of Lafayette Renaissance Charter High School, and his staff for their generous cooperation and support during this transition period. "Their assistance has been instrumental in ensuring the continuity of the baseball and softball programs during the renovation period at Brown Park," said the PARC representative.
Lafayette Renaissance Charter High School, located at 306 Acadian Hills Lane in Lafayette, offers top-notch baseball and softball fields that will serve as an excellent venue for this year's PARC programs. The league is currently open for registration for boys and girls ages 4-14, with the deadline set for Sunday, March 17, 2024.
