President Biden and the Democrat Party have clearly summoned spirits that they can't control." He also criticized the Democratic Party's approach to immigration, noting that many members view vetting at the border as racist, while most Americans consider it prudent.

Kennedy highlighted the distinction between legal and illegal immigration, criticizing the Biden administration for not prioritizing those who follow the legal immigration process. He emphasized the significance of the Laken Riley Act in addressing the chaos at the border and holding federal officials accountable for enforcing immigration laws.
