Cost of college went down for all students at Remington College-Lafayette Campus

Tuition and fees fell 6 percent for 2018-19 at Remington College-Lafayette Campus, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Louisiana students paid $15,689 to attend the two-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $1,005 less than the $16,694 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 94 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 113 students received grants or scholarships totaling $576,685 and 106 students took out student loans totaling more than $866,438.

Including all undergraduates (368), 326 students used grants or scholarships totaling $1.4 million, and 284 students took out $1.9 million in federal student loans.
