National Archives

Back in April, the 1950 Census (kept confidential for 72 years) was released by the National Archives, and users can access it for free at 1950census.archives.gov. Anyone, anywhere can search freely—experienced researchers, genealogy buffs, and novices!

Drop into the library to access a public computer to learn about your own family from the Census Records now available.
